I am in Erie, PA also:) I always cut coupons, but I never tried to stockpile coupons until I saw the show extreme couponing. That is now my new goal! I am just starting to collect large quanities of coupons!

I see you are all from the Erie area. I live east of Pittsburgh but my daughter and SIL live up in Erie. Last year my son-in-law was diagnosed with Hodgkin s Lymphoma. His sister is holding a fund raising benefit to help offset some of the OOP expenses to help them get through this tough time while he undergoes extensive treatments.

He has been fighting this battle for almost a year now. His health insurance benefits are now in the cobra status and he will be under going a stem cell transplant in December. He will be in the hospital for 6-8 weeks under going this treatment up in Buffalo NY.

No gift or donation is too small. There will be a Chinese auction if anyone is willing to put some baskets or some other items together to help out. I am putting a few together with some of my couponing supplies.
