Couponer moving to Va Beach where to shop?

We are relocating from the Atlanta area to the Va Beach /Hampton Roads area. I LOVE couponing, but I'm only familiar with the Kroger chain which I know has some stores in VB. What is the best grocery store in HR area that offers the best deals and best coupon policy? I don't want to have to rework how I shop now that I know how coupons can save big money!

I am still fairly new to couponing and very new to VB but I have found that Harris Teeter and Farm Fresh double coupons all the time. Not sure about Food Lion but I know the one where we lived before (beaufort,sc) rarely if ever doubled coupons. There is also a store called Bottom Dollar that is owned by Food Lion and I have compared their adds and some of the same items are listed for cheaper at Bottom Dollar than they are at Food lion. I have only been into the Bottom Dollar store once and I can tell you that if you go there and plan to buy much take your own bag because they do not provide bags, its a very bare bones store.

Harris Teeter doubles to 99 cents every day. About every 6 weeks they have a Super Double(qs up to 1.98) or a Triple coupon(up to .99) event that lasts for a week.
Limit is 20 coupons per day. Over that coupons are face value. They track coupons using their VIC card.

Farm Fresh doubles coupons that are up to 99 cents every day. Every Wednesday they will double coupons up to $1.00. Limit is 20 coupons. Over that coupons are face value. No customer card required. This store is a part of the SuperValu chain.

Bloom is owned by Food Lion. They double up to .99 cents every day. They seem to have a Super double event every month on the 1st, but sometimes more often.

Kroger doubles to 50 cents every day.

I love Farm Fresh on Wednesdays and Harris Teeter Super Doubles can't be beat! Hope you have fun once you get here!
