Anyone from Central PA??

I never see anyone around here walking around with binders or coupons. I get lots of funny looks Just curious if I could find anyone close!

Im in hershey pa not really close to you but would also love to find couponers in this area.... i dont carry a binder I just stuff all my coupons in my purse haha

I live in chambersburg..kinda south central, not far from the Mason Dixon. there does seem to be at least a few couponers near me.

I live in Lewistown, work in Harrisburg, & grocery shop in State College - so I kinda get around all over central PA.

Actually, hubby usually stops for double $ groceries on his way home from working in State College. I only get there occasionally.
He's now claiming that my binder is his binder since he tends to use it more often....but I'm still in charge of maintaining it.

Which CVS in PA accept expired ECB & coupons past a few days?
I found one somewhere near Quakertown, but have no idea which one or how to get back to it when I'm back in that area.
I've got quite a lot of expired ECB's........

I am from NEPA - Scranton Area. I am new to couponing, and am looking for all of those tips, especially on how to get free groceries using coupons. My husband is a student, so any break on groceries would help.
