Looking for AZ couponers (especially PHX area)!!!

After much deliberation on where to move, it's finally been decided that PHOENIX is our destination! We almost moved there 7 years ago, but somehow ended up in KS. (Long story LOL.) The goal is to be there by early to mid 2011; we want to make sure we have jobs in place, etc. It looks like the land of many doubles (and more!), so I'm really excited. I have noticed places like Fry's and Safeway and Albies multiplying all Q's to $1.00, and it looks like Bashas doubles too. What kinds of things do I need to look for when I get there, and who tends to have the best deals?

Phoenix is really nice - i like the fact that we have a looooot of stores, and a lot of competition. Between Albertsons, Safeway, Fry's , Bashas- there's always something going on. The other thing is - Fry's is almost like walgreens- on every corner :) so if you are " chasing a limited deal " it's pretty much easy to go to the next fry's without clearing shelves .
Another thing - besides coupon is those small farmers markets - yes they are wide spread- but what i do to get best deals on produce is - take all those adds to wal-mart and price match them - so i get all on one spot - those " ranch markets " etc- have really good prices on produce.

Other than this - i can't think of any thing " special " for phoenix that doesn't apply to any other " coupon-lands " :)

I'm a ways from Phoenix... But not too far. I'm out in San Tan Valley. I love shopping at Fry's.
