In South Fl ~ Need a Coupon Buddy

Hi - I have been couponing for about a year now. I do have a small stockpile that I am very proud of. But, I do not really see much of a savings, the only difference now is that we never run out of something. I used to spend about 200+ a week on groceries, personal and household items. Now I am at about 150, which is still more than I want to be at. I live in South FL, so no doubles or triples here. I am getting frustrated that I cannot get under the $100 mark and still keep my family of 5 happy.

Do you have to have certin brand of things? to play the coupon game and save you can not be brand loyal, becasue you will not save as much as you can if you are.. There is 6 of us and I spend about $100 each week on things we need and food items, some weeks I spend about $150..its hard to stay under $100 with so many to buy for and not having double coupon stores...I price match and stock up on things we use when they are cheap and I am not brand loyal to very many things at all..just think of it this way you are svaing $200 to $250 a month of your hard earned money..2,400 a year or a little more thats a lot of money plus you dont run out of things..
keep in mind to that other states may be getting better and higher dollar coupons that you do.. thats why i trade for alot of mine..
