Coupon swaps

I started a group for my area in Michigan. Ideally, I would love to meet some fellow couponers and get together for lunch and a coupon swap.

For those who have done one of these before, how do you do work the coupon swap? How does it work? What is the easiest way? Any tips?

I don't have the link with me on my phone, but Google Muncie Coupon Exchange and look at the pdf file that comes up in the results. They have a great system going and I'm hoping to do the same in Atlanta.
