West Virginia couponers?

Anyone from WV? I'm the only person I know who coupons...except for the mystery people who keep clearing the shelves at my CVS! :hectic1:

I am. I'm also a WVU alum. There are a lot of people who coupon, but I don't think most of them come to this site. I went at midnight last night and there was a big group of about 12 people. They took a lot of things, but I don't think they usually go. One girl was serious, but the others immediately used their ECBs to buy non-ECB items.

ETA: Try again tomorrow if you can. They restocked every day during the black Friday sales, so there might be more stuff this time too.

I was at one CVS at 7 this morning and the shelves were bare...the cashier told me they have two registers open at midnight because of the crowd. I did get rainchecks for most of my items; I felt bad making her write out all of them at once so I plan to go back tomorrow. Hopefully they'll have more of the items in!

i'm from cross lanes ( near charleston ) , i cannot find many people who are interested in couponing either. it is quite literally my hobby !!!!!!!!!!!!!! my krogers has a promo that i'm cashing in on once i get my ducks in a row - if you purchased 600.00 in a given time period, you earn 20% off of one order !!!! i plan to do a whole month's worth of shopping in one order - i'm so excited- can't wait to see what kind of damage i can do with this promo + manufacture's coupons - it's a nice way to close out the year !!! where do you wv girl's live ?

I'm originally from Huntington, WV (born and raised). Got married and now I live across the bridge in OH. I know there are several cpners from this board that shop at the stores down there b/c I've run into them and seen their big binders and asked if they were members of HCW. LOL

Hmm...is this the store in St Albans/Teay Valley area or the one in Charleston?
How long does the promo last?
My best friend and I are going to TGIF and the dog tracks Monday so I may stop by and check it out.

the store i go to is in cross lanes, but it alerted you on your reciept about the promo. it started in november & apparrently it varied from customer to customer , because one lady told me hers said she had to spend 650.00 & then she would recieve 15% of one order, but mine stated i had to spend 600.00 & i would recieve 20% off !! i plan to go tommorrow morning , keep your fingers crossed for that it actually will work !! if it does, it will be worth the trip ( i'm going to shop for the month of jan. ) by the way have fun at the track !!! i live about 2 miles from there, although i rarely go . Well thats cool. The other day I was at Krogers and people kept getting an invite to fill out a form for a free $10 Kroger GC. I didnt get one though.
Weird that they pick and choose on promos.

Thanks! I go maybe once a year as a fun something to do with my friend. We wont spend more than $20 but hey its fun.
