West Virginia couponers?

I emailed them and they told me Jackson was set to open in January and Huntington in April. When I emailed again later to see the exact date on the Jackson opening they said March 6th with GO to follow the next month.
So, I hope this doesnt mean the Huntington one is also pushed back.

The Speedways in C'Peake and P'Ville have them, as does the Exxon on the corner of Booth Eaton Rd across from the old C'Peake high school building. There may be more of the little red boxes setting about. I just can't think where they are right at the moment.

Are we really getting a Target in Martinsburg? Is that what they are building on the other side of 81 @ the Lowe's exit? Do you know when they open?!

Well, I know the Best Buy is opening in August, and Target is supposed to be this summer. I'm not sure what other stores we're getting other than Staples, but I've heard there might be an Old Navy too. Squee!

I e-mailed Target and they said July of 2009 and didn't have any information whether it would be a SuperTarget or not. I had no idea we were getting a Best Buy and would LOVE to see an Old Navy! Looks like Martinsburg is finally getting some real stores!

I am kinda the north central part of WV. Doddridge county. About 45 min west of parkersburg. I usually shop in Clarksburg tho. I am fairly new to couponing. I did it over 20 yrs ago for a little while, but that was long before we had computers. I would like to learn more about how to handle Walgreens ECB. I didnt think it mattered if one used them immediately after earning on non ECB items until reading above posts. Sounds like I need someone experienced to explain a little.
