publix, food world, brunos will double up to .50.
Winn dixie has been doubliing up to .50 for the last few months. I don't know if its a permanent situation or just temporary for competition.

Publix will take a competitor coupon. Say you have a $5 whole foods, $5 food world, or a $10 winn dixie cat....publix will take it as a competitor coupon.

Fed's does on saturdays, but I don't know much about that. Seems like it's up to .65 Not sure though.
Not sure about the double policy for western, piggly wiggly, or food giant .
