I'm in the West Georgia area too! Grew up in Newnan ... (any other Newnanites?) and still consider myself to be 'from' there. But have lived in Carrollton for over 20 years now ... so I guess it's home *LOL*

FWIW, this thread caught my attention because of the title ... not just that I live in GA ... but a very very good friend of mine has a website called Georgia Girl's Sampler - Georgia Girl's Love and Romance Sampler ... it's full of all sorts of southern humor, recipes, inspirational material, love quotes, fun quizes etc. It's not a super flashy, anything mind blowing kind of site ... but it's her 'baby' and I enjoy surfing around from time to time.
