This train is brought to you by the letter R, the number 5 and Melli and Kristy ;) This train is going to go around and around for 12 whole weeks! If you cannot commit to twelve weeks, please feel free to hop on a shorter train, maybe we can catch you next time. You will always be mailing to the same person, and whoever has the envies at the end of the the ride will mail them one more time. They will refill them as usual and RAOK them to anyone at HCW that they choose on behalf of everyone on the train. We will accept as many riders as possible by 11AM central time on August 26th. The rotation will be posted shortly after and then by the 28th or 29th, Kristy and I will have started the envies on their way. We will be starting a total of 6 envies at random places in the rotation and then when our starting people have received the envies, you should just pick up from your place in line and mail to the next person. The envies will be named by color (please write this on the envie!!!) and when you report that you have received the envie, your name will change to that color in the list until the next person reports that they have received it. That's how we will keep track of what is where. How many times you receive an envie will really depend on how many people sign up. If a whole lot of people sign up, we will probably start a couple more envies than we had planned so that more people get more turns to play! TO BE ELIGABLE: Remember, you may ride 3 trains at a time at HCW, if you are already on 3, we will have to catch you on the next ride. Anyone with an itrader score of 5 or higher who is a member of the trader group may sign up. Newbies are  , please just forward any train questions to me ahead of time so that we can help you get off to a smooth start. You must be able to mail out your envies within 48 hours of receiving them. Sundays don't count, but please do pass them on ASAP. ENVIE REQUIREMENTS: Please put your name, the name of the train, and the envie "color" somewhere on or in the envie. The envie must always hold 30 q's or more. The Q's must expire no sooner than two weeks from the day you mail. When you get the envie, please remove anything that you would like to keep, and anything expiring within 2 weeks and refill it back up to 30 q's using your buddy's wishlist as a starting point and going potluck from threre. No junk q's on this ride (depends, joint juice, etc.) Any baby, pet, meds, etc must be either on your buddies wishlist or you must contact them ahead of time to see if they need something in those categories. Feel free to send extras, just watch your postage. If your envie gets lost in the mail, you will be required to remail it at the two week point. POSTING TO THE THREAD: When you receive an envie, please post right away which color envie you have received. Your name will turn that color on the list to indicate that you have that envie and that it will be on it's way to the next rider soon. *** Remember, we are mailing out within 48 hours to keep this train moving fast! ***
Whoever has the envies on November 18th (or ASAP if it is in transit) must choose someone (ANYONE on HCW!!!) to RAOK the envie to after it has been refilled (using their wishlist as a guide if possible) and post to the thread who you have chosen on behalf of everyone on this train. Then mail it off ASAP :) NOTE : This is a very long train, so if something unexpected should come up during the ride, please contact me or Kristy right away so that we can take you out of the rotation so you can handle your business and the train can stay on track. We are more than happy to help as long as we know that you need to be taken off. IDEAS OF THINGS TO MAIL: inserts home mailers blinkies tearpads peelies stamps small giftcard balances actuals (like free samples of stuff) stickers BTFE, CLFE (if they are on your buddie's list please)

pop tart token thingies (if they are on your buddy's list)
REMEMBER: mailing off whole rebate deals is not allowed, so no CRT's may be traded.

coke codes (if you buddy has them on their list, please)

use your imagination - there are tons of things you could send!!! To sign up: Please post below to reserve your spot and then PM me your mailing info and wishlist link. It is the rider's responsibility to get the PM to me quickly and if I have not received it by the end of sign ups that person will be passed over. Please forward any questions to me when you sign up, too so I can get them answered before mail outs begin :)
