Has anyone had any dealings with this company?

I bought the CVS $5 for $10 e-card and had no problems. Or at least I got the card printed; haven't tried to spend it.

I also bought a Subway $10 gift card for $5. It shows as having been redeemed on 11-8-2011 but I got the email telling that my voucher was ready to redeem on 11-10-2011. How did that happen????

I have been emailing back and forth with their "help" all morning and on hold with customer service for hours. The emails keep saying that they will mail my gift card in 5-7 days. When I asked how they were going to do that since I had not been able to complete the redemption process, they say I "claimed" the card on 11-8.

I am thinking they may be a scam.

The ecard looks just like the discounted ones I bought directly from CVS last year, so hopefully it will work. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for reminding me. I just went to claim mine. I had to enter my mailing address, and then I got this message:

Claim Voucher

Congratulations. You have successfully redeemed your voucher.
Your gift card will arrive in the mail in the next 5-10 business days.

I hope I actually get it. I got another deal from there-the 10.00 Chili's for $5-and it worked fine. I think it's just some kind of strange glitch for you. Hope you get it worked out!!

It may even just be confusion with the wording they use. You buy a voucher and then "redeem" the voucher to get a gift card. So maybe when they said you had already redeemed, they were talking about redeeming the voucher? Confusing but maybe it's a non-issue.

I bought the $10 Subway and $25 Autozone GCs and have already claimed the Subway. I entered my mailing addy and got message that it will arrive in the mail the next few business days. We will see.

No. When you log on to Savemore, under My Deals, you will see your purchase. There is a box that says View. Click that, a new page opens that explains how to redeem the voucher, by clicking the link to go to the cvs site and enter your special code (which is in bold underneath the hyperlink). Then you can print the actual cvs paper gift card.
