    Default how long should i wait to contact again?

    I order my Q's from a service with a monthly subscription. I ordered 6 sets and they only set 2 this week. I emailed on Wednesday to let them know and haven't heard back yet. How long should I wait to contact again? There are Q in this weeks that give me frees, but not if they don't get here in time.
