I'm confused by the wording on the rimmel coupon in the sept. all you magazine.

can anyone tell me if you can use it ONLY at Walmart??

on the top it says Manufacturer's coupon, plus in the fine print, it gives Coty's address, so you can use it anywhere.
That does not mean your store won't deny you, though. Some stores panic when they see another store's logo.
