Default How to search the database by Insert & Date

I read how to do this somewhere but am unable to find it again.

Would you please explain how to use the database to pull up the coupons in a particular Sunday insert. For example, how would you use the database to pull up the coupons in the 6/12/11 SmartSource?

    Thanks. :)

In the source column, choose insert. Then you enter the insert date in the search box. So for this weekend's inserts, type in 06-12-11. If you wanted only Smart Source qs, write SS after the date. The dates in the database are always formatted like this: XX-XX-XX. Also remember that qs are regional, and some qs in the database may not have been found in your area.

Thanks. I had remembered to choose insert. I tried the date with 2011. Then I remembered the example with the x and used one x. :) Now I'll go try it the effective way. Thanks so much. :)

I see what I am doing wrong. I am entering 06/12/2011. But I should be entering 06-12-11 RP. This way it is a match to the way that the date has been posted.
