I really hate your issue. I have ordered from them several times and never had any issues. Maybe with the Couponing show, they have experienced more orders and are having a hard time adapting. I would hope you would hear from them soon.

I tried using a coupon service for the first time, here is how my experience went.
I placed my order for this weeks sales, I ordered the coupons in plenty of time to be shipped that day, I think they got shipped a few days later because it took me an entire week 7 days to get them. I live in Kentucky so shipping from anywhere in the use should only be 2-3 days. Anyway. The coupons arrived. I had ordered the main coupon that I wanted and added some filler stuff to complete the order to a minimum order status. Anyway the first mistake was that the main item was not sent. They has put another valued coupon in its place. Second was that another coupon I ordered had a big red x on packing slip and didn't ship it to me. No refund or anything.
It is ok, mistakes happen I get that and I am not perfect. So I send message via email since they have no phone number. No response. I send another message. I get the response: Hello, I received the first email and will be responding from that one. It is now 22 hours later since contacting them and still no response.
I get that mistakes happen, but no dealing with them in unforgivable. They are the facts as they happen. You decide if it is fair or not.
I know personally I will move on.

I did finally hear from them. They are sending the correct coupons in the mail today. I just hope they get here before the store sells all of the items that are on sale.
I give them credit in that they were very sorry in their response and provided me a small credit for my issues.
I believe in second chances and are going to place one more order with them and go from there.
I'm sorry you had such a bad time. I've ordered from there several times and never had a problem.. hopefully this is just a rare occurence!

I have ordered from that service multiple times and never had problems. For the order that took so long to ship did you check the date stamped on it by the post office? I am wondering if they misdirected it somehow. I'm sorry your order was filled incorrectly. I would be upset too.

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and they sent me a coupon that was in replace of another and never explained why it was sent. I emailed her and she responded by saying she was going to send it out. Still do this day, never got it. :(
For my first experience with her, I wont be going back.
I used to get coupons from there before I found this site, then I decide it's cheaper to just buy lots of newspapers, keep what I need and then trade the rest to help offset the cost and I don't get overcharged on shipping this way either.
I will be unavailable on May 25th & May 26th from 3:30pm to 9:00pm CST. I only trade through pm's.
I've ordered from her many times and never had a problem. Anytime I've emailed, which has always been about site issues, she has replied very quickly and even gave me some user points or whatever they're called for pointing out the issues.
You do remember that we just had a long holiday weekend right?
She wasn't my favorite service - I think her minimimum is too high - but my favorite ones got out of the coupon business a few months ago.
She is also frequently out of the most popular coupons by the time I get there but that's no fault of hers, I guess.

I just received my second order from there--first one was great, no probs, but this one had another lower-value coupon in place of one I ordered, same product line but not for the same product. I did e-mail to let them know, but because it's the weekend, I have to wait until Monday to get an answer. Hopefully I get the correct one in time for my deals...we'll see.
UPDATE:
I received an e-mail from the company the following day with an apology for the switch, and she even gave me a credit for the missing coupons. The new ones are already in the mail--VERY happy with the customer service!![]()

Used her service for while before falling off the coupon wagon last year and never had any problems. Order on Thursday rec'd Q's on Saturday in time for my Sunday shop. BUT placed an order last week; her minimum has increased to $5 which is too high I think and I too got Q's in place of what I order but it was a higher value coupon so I wasn't unhappy. I have been going back and forth with myself trying to decide whether or not to order again. I think her business has increased considerably so hopefully things will calm down soon. Maybe she raised the minimum do filter out the fly by nighters??? I don't know but I will probably go back to buying papers instead???
