coupon clipping sites how long?

Dear couponers,
I was wondering, if you order from online coupon suppliers how long will it take the coupons to arrive? How can I assure they would arrive the same week I need them for the sale? Thanks!

Hi welcome to HCW. There are alot of people on this site that have multiples of coupons to order and they ship very fast. If you need their names please send me a message and I will give you top recommended traders that I have dealt with. If you are shopping with other sites then check their feedback to see if they get fast shipping feedbacks. Most clippers will send very fast. If you can order the week before that would be better, but I know that is not always possible due to not knowing always what is going to be on sale. I love ordering from traders on this site for extra coupons however I have and continue to order from coupon clipping sites. I have used the other sites enough to know that they now are very speedy in mailing your order and all seem to list the ship date and time for your order. The advantage to these coupon clipping sites is: 1)you can order anytime, 2)you know immediately if the coupon is available and3) no down time waiting for a response to see if they have the coupon your looking for like I have experienced here.Another thing is if you are new at trading on HCW they often want to hold your end till they receive your trade first.(This is an OK thing but you won't get your coupons really fast that way for a sale) You can easily overcome this by having paypal or RME though and maybe even save a little on your postage. I have tried to find clipping sites that are closer to where I live which I think saves on the time I am able to receive the couponsin, but on the other hand I have traded with many people from NY and I am in AR and have received those trades very quickly.
I too think checking the sale at your store the very first day and trying to order the coupons within the first 24 hour period will help you get them in time for the sale. Just because a store shows an item in their ad on sale and you can match it to a great coupon does not mean your store
even carries that particular item. Rain checks are really great because if you don't have enough coupons for as many as you want to buy you can always order coupons and use them with the rain check, then your time ordering a coupon for that item is not so important.

I would suggest trying out a clipping service for a small min. order to see how it works and how fast you get your order. Traders on this board won't always have the hot coupons you need BUT I believe you can get a MUCH better price on the coupons from traders on this board than a clipping service.
Both have their good and bad points.

Hey I forgot to say clipping sites allow you to select the way you want your coupons shipped....regular mail, priority or overnight. But boy that can get expensive....I guess it depends on how much you will be saving and how many coupons you order and how quick you need them.

The coupon clipping service I use is based in Florida. I live in NJ. I order my coupons on a Saturday and receive them on Thursday. I shop in Shoprite (NJ) and if I purchase an item and I forget to bring my coupon, I have one week to bring the coupon in with my receipt and they will redeem my coupon. My coupons always arrive on time, but good to know if they don't, I still have have time to redeem them.

Also...take advantage of "sneak peeks" with the stores your frequent. There are many sites, including this one, where you get a glimpse into the future and you can plan ahead.

Can someone message me with reccomendations for coupon clipping sites. I looked on ebay but for the purex ones it would make it 12 cents a load i might as well buy detergent without coupons at that price.

sometimes ebay is really expensive. the reason is that those folks know that people want the hot coupons and will pay a little more ,,,make sure your items are on sale even with a coupon if there is no sale that will be pointless.i use a local lady in my area . get established with one or two companies and they will work well with you .if you dont have a local one in your area there are several on here to choose from .i agree try to preview your stores early that way you know most stores have a preferred customer database and send there ads early too..good luck

I love ordering coupons on coupon sites online! I hope my order come by mon for harris tetter trip mon and tue! I love the fact that I order amount of coupon I want and love fact they are shipped and clipped!!
