My trade is gone and I'm ticked

I was trading in the database and now it is gone. I had worked out a deal with someone, and I sent my end (which I should have waited) and she sent her end without her HCW name on the envelope. I cannot remember for the life of me her HCW name, and I'm a little miffed because the coupons that were sent to me are not exactly what they were listed as.
This trade is not in my "history" tab, either. Is there any way for me to recover this, or is there any possibility of a feature that does not allow someone to totally delete the whole kit & kaboodle???

Did you have it on your wish list then take it off your wish list? If you did, adding it back to your wish list will make the trade reappear. In the future, what you should do is complete the trade, then archive it, so that it'll be available for you to go back and look at.

This is one of the reasons I like to use PMs in addition to the database. I get so confused when I'm in there!

One of you had to delete the item the trade was tied to on your end. See if it was you. If not, it was her. I'm not sure if there's anyway to recover that info at that point. It is a good idea to keep a back up record. As great as the db is computers crash, systems crash, info gets lost.

But if you determine it must have been her, PM myself and bugface711 and maybe there's someway of getting that info.

Oh I know I didn't delete it. The item is still on my wishlist, but when I go to the "trade" part of the forum, it doesn't come up because obviously no one else had these q's. So I'm guessing she marked those on her end that she traded them, and must've deleted it on her side. I archive everything I do, and NORMALLY keep a written record. I did have her email since I sent her ppef, and hopefully she will respond. I was just hoping there was some way to recover this, or if maybe there was some kind of safeguard in the system that made it where if one person deleted it, it would still show up on the other person's end until *they* deleted it.
