wql - While Quantities Last
AC - Ad Coupon (coupon in a store ad)
AC-M - Manufacturer's Coupon in the store ad
ISC - In-Store Coupon (coupon located in the store or on the pkg)
NC - Newspaper Coupon
Q: How do I use coupons? A: "Coupon Assigning"
When making a shopping list, you will at times see a (#) in the "Coupons" column of the list. Simply hover over this coupon count (numbers of coupons that match this product). Doing so will open a box showing you the matched coupons. Place your cursor inside this box and click on the coupon that you would like to use (some have more value, or maybe you only have one of the coupons listed). This will assign the coupon to the sale showing you the coupon #. When you save and print your shopping list, the coupon location and information will print on it's own page.

Q: Why is Walmart not available? A: Instead of doing weekly ads, Walmart chooses to match other stores sales. Because we only show weekly sales, Walmart will not consistantly appear.
Check with your local Walmart to verify that they do match other local stores sales. If so, you can make a shopping list with other stores in your area, and take it to Walmart for matching.
Q: I am not seeing the stores that I shop. What do I do? A: We work very hard to make sure that most if not all major grocery stores are available for you to make a list with. If you find a store not included in your list of stores,please email
stores@groceryguide.com. Be sure to tell us the name of the store and your zip code.
Upon review of your request, you will be notified letting you know if it will be included in your list. If so, you should see within 24-48 hours.
Q: I found an error, how do I notify you of this? A: We do are very best to reduce any errors found in our sales information. Please notify us if you find a mistake. We are will solve any mistakes, and do our best to ensure that they do not happen again. But we need your help. Please notify us of these errors. We are currently in "BETA" mode and need your help in finding any problems so that we can better our product and emerge from "BETA".
Q: What is "BETA" and why is it by the GroceryGuide.com logo? A: BETA means that GroceryGuide.com is still being tested; and that we are continually making changes and additions to the site. Q: Why am I continaully asked to login? A: Chances are very good that you are not allowing the groceryguide.com website to store a small piece of information known as a cookie onto your computer. In such case, groceryguide.com can't remember whether or not you have already logged in because this small "cookie" is not being stored and thus, not being found as you navigate. Q: My sales are loading slow, why? A: There are a few things that can cause your list to load a little bit slow.
1. The fewer stores that you are using to create a list, the faster the load time. Remember, each store averages around 150 - 200 sale items. When you are selecting 6 stores, you are selecting about 1000 items to be loaded.
2. The faster your internet connection is, the faster our site will load. Like #1, 1000 items will not be really fast, but on a slower connection, it can be even slower.
3. A slow list can also be caused by running out of cache. Clearing it will increase the speed of the load time.
Q: "Find" Coupons A: When looking for a coupon, you will either see a number or a link that says "find".
If it is a number that you see, click on it to see the coupons that match this sale item. Then click on one of them and your done.
If you see a link that says "find", then simple click on that link. A window will appear with coupons showing that are similar to your sale items. If you see on that is a match, just click on it. The window will then close and you are set.
Then just print your shopping list. The last page that prints will be your coupon index giving you any details about each coupons as well as where you go to get it.
