Re: Fatal and Intermittent Errors - Report them here OK, I have been able to use the database with very few problems since it was introduced, until Friday. Now I keep getting a message that says, “A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.” especially when I try to change something, like how the list is sorted. When I choose to stop the script, I end up with a list that is sorted one way part of the way down and a different way the rest of the way. If I choose to continue the script, nothing happens except I continue to get the same message repeatedly every minute or two until I give up.
I thought perhaps that HCW is becoming so popular that there were too many users on the database with it being the weekend but I just now tried again with the same results. I have a fairly new laptop with lots of memory, and a 3M high-speed DSL connection so my laptop or internet shouldn’t be too slow. I didn’t have the problem before Friday and I haven’t made any changes to my system.
It’s hard finding a certain coupon when my list is not sorted alphabetically. I hope someone can offer a solution soon.

I apologize for suggesting the problem may be on HCW’s end. I ran a memory scan and the problem was my laptop. Took the system back to a restore point before the problem started and everything is fine now. The technician said that a file may not have downloaded or installed correctly during the last windows update and had become corrupt. That could be so, the restore point I chose was before the last update.
