If you have something on your have list, but it is not showing up in your potential trades, it sounds like no one has that particular coupon on their wish list. Depending on what coupon/brand it is would make me question if there is or isn't a problem with the potential trade section.

Potential trades only show up if there are other members wanting the coupon you have. I can do a double check to see if it is indeed working if you let me know an exact coupon you have on your have list and I can put it on my wishlist and see if it shows up. I personally do not use this feature of the database right now because I am not activly trading coupons (no time)

Something is wrong in Whoville. I'm searching for coupons by product name. Not finding them. So I searched on something generic (Kellogg's) and again found nothing. Very strange.

The incoming tab isn't working for me. I really want to trade!! :( The outgoing goes okay. I have coupons wanted that are common inserts, so I don't know why it isn't showing up. HELP! Thanks :)

Is this still happening? I am searching it just fine...been searching it all this AM.

We are having an issue with the trade lists tabs (have list, wish list, incomming and outgoing trades) when members have a lot of entries to display. Our tech guy is working on fixing the issue with an ETA of about one week. It seems that the script that pulls the data for these pages is timing out trying to load many entries.

So...we are working on getting the issue resolved ASAP but it is going to take a while for our guy to get in there and fix things. I am sorry for the problems.

OMG, someone please help. My have list now looks like the database search list where the list is divided between multiple pages with 100 maximum items per page. It makes my havelist load faster but there's a problem I don't know how to get around.

It looks like the default sorting is set to descending expiration date and I want to change it to ascending description so I can look up specific coupons. I click on the description column to change it but it only changes the items originally on the first page. When I go to the second page I find that it's still sorted by descending expiration date, and if I click the description column to get it to change again the page goes back to page 1.:shrug7:

Anyone know what to do?

Let me ping our database guy and report the bug to him.
