Questions about the NEWLY REVISED Coupon Database - post them here....

I feel stupid I dont know how to look up a coupon in the database when I type in a word nothing comes up. Can someone explain to me how to do this?

You should just be able to type in the name of something and hit enter. I just typed in "suave" and hit enter and any coupons with that word in it came up. What were you looking for? Maybe there isn't a coupon for it?

I just wanted to try it out. So I put Tide in there. I know there is a coupon I have one. I tried Kraft. I tried Pert. I tried Garnier. When I hit enter it goes to another page but then nothing is on it. Except for the sponsors at the bottom.

I just tried to search for "Tide" and I got about 30 entries (some with "tide" in the middle of another word)

Maybe there was some maintenance going on when you tried or your computer/internet was hung up? I know when I'm using the db, sometimes it does get really hung up.

I'm not sure why else you wouldn't be able to see the entries.

I deleted a trade in the DB and I can't find the MIR to pull up who it might have been. I don't even remember the user name and I can't find where I wrote it down.

Who can I contact for help????

I found that when I delete an item off my wish list, the trade goes away. Go back and add it back to your wish list and the history should be still be there.

Thanks - I had already tried to find the MIR and it is not in the DB anymore!!!

I am new here to and can not figure out some stuff either.. when a list of cupons comes up it says cupon and when I click on it, it only shows a barcode and exp for that cupon and nothing else.. am I supposed to search somewhere for that cupon?? I dont get it?

My first advice is to make sure that the database page is fully loaded before typing anything in the description box. Once it is loaded type in your search term. There is no "enter button" the search results will begin to show under the search box as you begin to define them.

Also...the only coupons you "click" are ones that are printables.

There are no barcodes in the database. I would need to know what coupon you are finding that has a barcode when you click it to help futher on that question.
