Cleveland Area- Not Getting GE Ads or ANY other ads/RP at my new house!

I recently moved from Akron to the East side of Cleveland. I've been in my new house for a month now, and have yet to receive a single ad OR my weekly red plum insert! I've spoken with my post office 3x now. The first lady said that she had to have me added to a list to start getting weekly ads etc since the house was previously vacant and I should have my ads and RP waiting for me the next week. That didn't happen. Then I spoke with another woman who told me to contact Cleveland.com to get on the list, which I did and they told me to call the Post Office. I called them again and they said they weren't sure and to call back later. I manually signed up on the Valassis website to be added to the list for Red Plums, so I'm hoping within the next few weeks that will solve that, but it still doesn't explain the no local ad deal, I don't believe. I'm not entirely sure what to do aside from waiting around watching for my mail delivery man all day on my day off and then chase him down and ask for help, which is the last thing I want to be doing... haha

Has anyone dealt with this before or have any idea how to get this fixed? Thanks folks! Much appreciated in advance. :)

I haven't moved but, periodically I don't get my ads or inserts. I go to the post office and tell them (it's fairly close). They will go in the back and give me one of the ones that was undeliverable.

I'm curious as to what is going to happen this week. We didn't get coupons for 1/1 last Tuesday. Does this mean we'll get 1/1 & 1/8 this week?

I haven't gotten anything in a few weeks. I wish RP and P&G would just come in the Sunday paper.

Where on the valassis site do you sign up for mail delivery?? All I can find is their email newsletter sign up.

Our P&G still comes in the paper, but I really wish the RP would. It does down in Akron. We get lower value coupons down there, but at least it is SOMETHING. I can't even find a place near me in Cleveland that sells the Akron Beacon Journal. :(
