I called Kraft about a month ago about their macaroni and cheese. It was missing something, they asked me how many i had bought (3) and they sent me 3 coupons for free products.

I rarely see Kraft coupons. They don't need to send them out EVERYBODY buys Kraft regardless. I think the only way you get coupons is if you call or they may send out coupons to certain areas.

Yes, Kraft coupons are rare. However, every so often they pop up. Just keep your eyes out for any of them. Dairy, produce, and meats rarely (never) have coupons for their products.
