im confused about these..

some pdf formed coupon-links - let you print as many coupons as you like.. - they all have same series # - i'm scared that i will be accused of " photo-copying " coupons..
when they let you print 10-15 etc coupons- how can you proof that they are legitimate ?
can you use them /is that ok ?
just checking before i get in troubble :)
