Found this newspaper type book in my local grocery store today. Great qs like $1.00/1 Capri sun and more. It says offer good at this location. But they r manufacturers qs. A couple of them say "great item for back to school. Good at participating stores". But those too are mqs. There is a website. Welcome to Back to School!. Any info? Can I use these anywhere??
