Not really sure where I should put this. I live near a very small town, but we have a bad problems with people stealing all the Sunday papers. It seems no matter how early I get there, the papers are gone.

Tried to order it for home delivery but was told I was in a restricted area I guess because I live so far out in the boonies. It seems its also a problem in our closest city because the local news did a story this week about paper theft and blamed extreme couponers.

I cant get an answer on what time the papers are put in Sunday mornings. Does anyone know if there's a normal time for filling the boxes?
