I dislike my Redplum insert for today (7/31)

Coupons are regional so there is no guarantee from what we post as to what you get and some newspapers give better inserts for those that subscribe vs those that buy them at a store.

The Plain Dealer never has the Red Plum inserts in them anymore - only P&G and Smart Source. I'm in the Cleveland area, and we get the Red Plum insert in the mail with the store ads on Tuesdays, normally. Do you not get the insert with your store ads?
