You might consider purchasing the inserts from a coupon clipping service. I think here on the site if you do a search there is a list of services that partner with HCW.

If you live in an apartment, check the recycling!
My apartment has 15 floors and every floor is a goldmine of coupons. I have way more than I can ever use. (I'm currently sorting them so I can hopefully find someone here to send them out to)
Also, if there is a mail room where you live, check there! Many times when getting them in the mail, tenants will walk over to the cans right there and toss them in.
If you don't live in an apartment...perhaps you have some friends that do. :)

-check the local recycling bins,
-ask friends and neighbors to save what they don;t want.
= go to the local store your shop at alot and get to know the Sunday night cashier,ask them if you can pickup the sunday leftover papers after they close. We do that from 4 different stores. Get about 25 from that alone. They still get reimbursed for the papers so everyone wins.
-ask co workers

all of these can produce mass amounts of inserts.
This week alone form recylcing bins I pulled out 150 inserts, plus my store cashiers save me about 50, then friends and family.

I have lists of what my family and friends use and pull theirs out first and go from their.
