    Default Tearpad coupons

I have maybe seen 2 or three of these mythical creatures on stock shelves throughout stores in the entire time I have been grocery shopping. Do some stores keep them at the service desk or do they just get used up really quickly? Is there any way to predict when these tearpad coupons will be put out?

    Thanks! :)

Some stores keep the tearpads at the service desk.

I think tearpads might be a regional thing. I notice some areas of the country get few or no tearpads at all, and other parts of the country get lots of them.

One way to get tearpads that you can't find is to trade for them.

When I worked at K Mart, we would often have people steal the entire tearpad. Because of this we kept them behind the counter. However in our store they were kept behind the counter of the Layaway Office and not the Service Desk. I guess they figured the Layaway Office had less of a line for most of the year. Maybe not so at Christmas, but often no line at all. They were also responsible for the Raincheck merchandise.

I have seen some tearpads here in the stores but more often they are the blinkies.

Were they behind a counter or in plain sight? I'm having trouble finding the blinkie machines too.
