I am somewhat new to couponing on this level and have five Sunday papers in Jacksonville, FL with no Pepsi Co insert and the newspaper tells me that they don't show that is was supposed to be in the paper. However, when I was at Publix last night purchasing two of the papers, it looked like they had been gone through. They were stacked next to the customer service desk and the clerk said that a man had gone through them and she watched him and did not see him take anything out of them. That is the only one misssing? Any thoughts?

I got them but I didn't get the target ones. It sounds like both the target and Pepsico were regional

nope we did not get them in jax.... i did get the target one in my home delivery though..but not in any of the 10 extra papers i buy...

Probably not. I haven't seen that happen. If there's something you want in there your best bet is to trade with someone on here.
