Coupons by Region
I am new here. I had read somewhere that coupons are different in different states. One thing I read that seemed to make sense.....that here in New York, where I live, our coupon inserts tend to have coupons such as, $1/2 instead of .50/1., with the reasoning behind it, being that since most stores don't double $1 coupons, they'd rather you use the $1 coupon for 2, which just gives you .50 off each item as opposed to a coupon that is .50 off 1 item, that they would have to double. So that seems to be logical, so if that is the case, does that mean coupons in other regions have more .50/1 and .75/1 coupons than my area? And if so, can use a coupon clipping service that gives me coupons that are from a certain area that has more of those? I don't know anything about coupon clipping services, I just was reading a little about them and want to know more about the benefits of using one. I would love feedback and any advice you can give me. Thank you.

Insert variations
I have noticed that there are multiple variations of coupon inserts. In my area there are basically three Sunday papers with coupons, and all three have different variations of SS or RP. I know there are sources that preview the inserts, but they do not include more than one variation. Is there a source that tells us the coupons printed in each variation, then also tells us which newspaper will have which variation?
