I don't know if this is the right place for this or not.
I don't know what has happened, but I can't print any coupons.com coupons from any of my computers today. Well, I take that back. I was able to print a couple of pages from one computer, but that has now stopped, too. It's so strange.
I have two iMacs and a Macbook. I haven't been able to print from one iMac for awhile now (would print garbage), so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printing software today. It installed fine, but won't print.
I've printed other, non-coupon things with no problem today.
So frustrating!

The problem is that if I keep trying, I reach my print limit and don't get the coupons I want. I've already done that on one computer before I got smart and now only test on coupons I don't care as much about.
I'm a bit relieved that it's not just me, so thanks for letting me know.
I think I'll try again tomorrow.
I had an issues last week...I was going on from the HCW link. I went to my email to print that way...and it worked.

I went from the link in my email, and also by just typing in the website name, so I don't think that's it. Definitely something to look for, though.
I didn't have any problems today. When I got my new laptop with Windows 7 I had to go out and reload java, even though it said I had it, before I could get anything to work. Then, the first time I went to coupons.com I had to "ok" them to load their printer driver.
I ended up with a bar at the top of my screen with drop down menus that show how many printable coupons are available, what they are, how much they are, etc. Very cool. Never had that before. Last week I had to update that bar (just a click). If they add a new coupon there is an "!" showing what category it's in. No more searching through their pages, just a click and it brings that coupon up into the first position.
Anyway, maybe they have updated their software and it is somehow affecting you. Maybe you should uninstall it and reinstall it.

I've had trouble lately loading the coupons.com page itself. On 4 different computers at different times, a blank page will load, and say "done" in the bottom bar.
Sometime it helps to switch browsers, but other times nothing works. Then I go back another time and it's fine. Then another computer won't load it...go figure?
