I have a fairly new printer (HP Photosmart Premium) after my very old printer (HP PSC 750) finally bit the dust. On my computer, I always set the printer to default to black and white and, on my old printer, all the coupons still printed in black and white. However, with my new printer, they still print in color. It appears there is something in the coupon printers overriding my black and white default. It *only* happens with coupons...nothing else. I am talking about coupons from Smartsource, Redplum, etc.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you remedy it? Thanks!
