What paper to buy?

I live in PA and have an ok selection of papers to choose from on Sundays, but I was wondering if anyone has figured out which paper has the best coupons.

I thought maybe the Harrisburg or Philadelphia paper?

You could always call the papers and ask them which coupon inserts they include in their Sunday editions. That way you get it from the horses mouth so to speak

I know my SIL who lives in Pgh area has NO paper that include the RP or P&G coupons - ever!

Befuddles me but the only reason I think it's that way is because these inserts could not come to a mutual agreement on a contract cost with the papers.

She even called RP and asked them why and they said "We didn't see the need to cover that market" HUH? Pgh is a HUGE area, so my guess is they just could not come to a financial agreement with the papers.
