There is not a list that I am aware of of legit PDF coupons. However we are pretty on top of making sure all the PDF coupons posted here at HCW as legit.

Also I also have a site (it is owned by the same company that owns HCW, Coupon Girls LLC) called Printablecouponspot and you can find all the PDF's posted there (which we make sure are legit as well) by clicking on the PDF Coupon tag which will list out each post that is of a PDF file format coupon.
