Shortcuts Coupons ~ Anyone know the Phone # for Customer Service

Anyone have a phone number for customer service for ShortCuts? I'm having the most horrible time getting things straightened out using their "help" button. The $0.75 Q didn't come off for my Wheaties. Turned in a dispute and they gave my an $0.80 off my next shopping order. That didn't work either. I disputed that one, but you have to click on a coupon, and the $0.80 Q wouldn't let me click on it, so I clicked on the item below it, but in my complaint I stated that I was just clicking on a random item, since I couldn't click on the corect item. So then I get an email from customer service saying that they are giving me $0.50 for the disputed item. No, it's suppossed to be $0.80 ( or at least $0.75), but there' no way I can see to talk to a real person!

I've had lots of incidents like this on shortcuts, and it is just so frustrating to not be able to talk to a real person. In a lot of cases, I wouldn't even buy the product if there wasn't an eQ for it. If I can't get this resolved with them, I just may decide that it's not worth loading their Q's, since they so frequently don't come off and in the long run cost me money I don't have.

I've never even heard of Shortcuts. What is it?

It's www.shortcuts.com, where you can load electronic Q's to your grocery stores loyalty card.

They are a service of AOL so I am NOT suprised you can't find a number.

Which I could help, but I googled all sorts of stuff for you and can't even find a number for companies to get a hold of shortcuts.

Don't know what grocery store(s) you're trying to use them at, but you might contact the store's corporate CS dept and see if they can help you, or at least put a credit on your loyalty card.
