Is taking peelies Stealing?

Surprised no one has mentioned taking BOOKLETS out of a package.

might not be the same thing as a peelie, (they are glued down does that count?)

Maxwell house put these books on their lids, plasticed (is this a word?) down, so it was pretty clear, you buy this you get the book..............


I'm all about taking a few peelies or a tear pad, but tearing open a package, or taking off plactic FOR the product to get a coupon or coupon book? I'm not kosher with that.

It's not stealing, in fact, I take all the peelies, every time. And it doesn't stop there either. I take all the blinkies, tearpads, catalinas, I'll even take a coupon from another customer's hand if she's not fast enough and YOU CAN'T STOP ME!

Some days I'm really tempted to take a coupon from another customer's hand. Especially if they look like they can't use it as well as I can use it.

If I take them I think of it as gifting them to myself but if you take them and I WANT them...it's stealing

I have an issue with someone cleaning out every store of any coupon than trading/selling them for profit. I refuse to trade with people that I see bragging about their greed - why should I pay them when I could have gotten the coupon for free if they didn't every single one at every sing store in a 20+ mile radius?

I have no problem with peelie peeling, blinkie taking, taking a few tearpads, ect. As long as restraint is used.

Julie, give me back my coupon!!! Stop taking them out of my hand, or no cookies for you!!
