Anyone else's RPs messed up today?

Mine had some sort of printing error. All the people look like weird aliens with glowing eyes. And instead of coupons, there are just blank white spaces. I'd say, out of the whole RP insert, there are 5 usable coupons.

My SS isn't so good either, about 25% of the coupons have double printed bar codes, so it's just a big black blur.

Does anyone know how/where these are printed? Like, if I go get another copy of my local paper, will they most likely be the same? Or do delivery vs. store copies come off different printers?

I would call you local newspaper and tell them the problem and they should redeliver to you. If you call and all the newspapers are like that, I'm sure they'll know and tell you what they will do to remedy the situation.
