Best paper in TN for inserts??

My sister and her bf took a spontanious trip to Gatlinburg TN this weekend. Told her the only souvenier I wanted was a paper with good inserts! She said they drove through Chattanooga & Knoxville, and will stop if I let her know which paper has the better insert
