Question on the mailed All You mag

I signed up for a free 2 month trial of All You .I got an invoice on Saturday but have not gotten 1 issue yet .It says I need to pay it by the 19th .
Is this normal for them to ask for payment when I never got any issue yet ,let alone the 2 free ones the offered?
Or should I call them and ask ?
I don't want to jump the gun if this is normal.
Usually when I get magazines I get the free issue first and then the invoice comes with the next one if I am getting 2 if only getting one then it comes with the free one .

I did call the first part was automated and said my account was till October 2010 .
Then I spoke to customer service ,she said I would still get 2 free issues ,but I thought she said I was not going to get any magazines till November ?(I have trouble understanding people who don't speak English real well .)
I signed up on 8/14 my print out says I would get my first issue in 4-8 weeks .

I don't think its that unusual to get the bill before you get the mag. I ordered a trial subscription to a mag for my dd and got the bill about Sept. 1 and just got the first mag today (9/12). Just a hunch, but its probably that the bills are sent first class and most mags are third class mail. HTH

Ok I just am unsure about my mail man sometimes .Like yesterday he never came by and I had a letter out for pick up ,so I had to drive to the PO to drop it off .They sometimes just skip my house.

I got my All You bill today! I'm not going to pay it until I get the trial issues, becuase my bill has a line that says "if you want to pay now". Sneaky sneaky! I wondered the same thing!

I too had ordered a trial issue of All You and I got 2 bills with pay by date mentioned and after a few days I got the magazine.I had called them up and inquired when I got the first bill,they told not to bother about the bills and it is automated.Once u get the trial issue,if you are interested continue with the magazine,or else we can go to allyou.com and cancel the subscription by entering the account number.I cancelled my subscription today.
