They sent me a package Fedex today with two dog toys that were probably at least $10 a piece at the store, a bag of dog treats, and a hardback Cocker Spaniel book ($19.95 retail price) with a training DVD! I was so surprised!
Also, a couple months ago, I had a bad experience at a restaurant and I emailed them about it. The manager sent me a $35 gift certificate in the mail to come back again!
Anyway, just wanted to share this! | Nylabone sounds like a great company! I also contact companies from time to time, and always get a response, even if it's just a letter. Usually it's a coupon for a free product. And I agree... it's worth mentioning, a complaint should be valid, not just for a freebie! I'd say 99% of the time, I contact a company with a rave, not a complaint and they always take the time to write back. Caveat..I use snail mail the great majority of the time. I think they value those letters more than email, but that's just my opinion. |
