I don't know if i can post this link, but our local newpaper coupon guru has an excel file with the current coupons that she updates every Sunday on her blog. She highlights the ones expiring that week. I guess if you wanted to keep track of them, you could keep a copy from each week and just keep adding the deleted ones to a separate spreadhseet since she only has current ones in the spreadsheet. If you want a link to the spreadsheet, send me a PM!

While this is not what you are looking for I understand but because you know I am all about the HCW coupon database I gotta mention it.

If you are a member of the trader groups you have the ability to create a Keep list in the database. For which you can make whatever sort of notes you want. While it is not in excel you can print it (although I understand it would print quite a bit of extra stuff) and take it with you to the store. I use this feature myself and access it on my cell phone (and DH's new ipod)

Its an option in case anyone is interested...and we have all the expired coupons in the database for years now...

Thank you Heidi!!! I'm 1) busy, 2) anal, & 3) computer-challenged @ times so...I LOVEEEEEEE what you've done on HCW & its wonderful features, including the DB. It's just as convient as 'one-stop shopping'. Well, I don't do that anymore, 'cuz now I'm DEAL HUNTING, thanks to HCW!

Anywho...THANKS!!!(from a newbie, and newly established TRADER!)

Heidi - basically I want the coupon DB for when I'm offline or out in town like you said. Unfortunately, I don't have the net all the time, nor on the phone. So by doing a spreadsheet on my comp, I can do the same thing as the DB. I wish the DB was downloadable or copy-able - lol - save me a lot of time.

I would love to see some excel spreadsheets to do this! I have missed out on some great deals bc I don't have a way of keepingup with the coupons I have when I am out. I do love the database but like others mentioned, I can download an excel spreadsheet to my blackberry (made one to know exactly how much outofpocket and ecbs to use for CVS). I thought about just printing a list once a week but Im too ADD and just need something to give me a hand.

I have - slowly - been working on one for when I am out of town with no internet acces, so I only keep it up when I know I will be traveling.
    But...

It has worked very well - just like the coupon DB here.

Let me see if I can get it updated and I will post it here. You will have to maintain it yourself, but once you get the first part set up, it is easier.

FYI thought - it is only the insert information - not tearpads, blinkies, or anything like that.
