    Default Printables Paper Question

is it ok to print printables on white paper that has black & white images or other writing on the other side?

i received some like this in a trade and have never seen or tried printables printed on paper that was not blank on the backside.

i'm just wondering if the store accept them or say "wth is this" ?

    thanks

I have never had problems redeeming coupons with print on the other side. To be honest, that is how I print all of my printables -- I use a pile of full-sheet scrap paper that I have at home/work.

I have never had any problems redeeming those coupons at Target, HT, or LowesFoods. I think one person questioned the other side -- more a question about if it belonged to the coupon -- and I just said, "No, I was being Earth-friendly and using scrap paper to print my coupon on."

I've also printed printables on colored paper and never had any problems redeeming those as well.

At my house we do recycle our print paper if the one side is goofed up. That being said, 99% of my printables are on clean white paper. Last week though I wasn't paying attention and printed some coupons on paper that had some print on the back - I used them with no problem at my local Walgreens...

Same thing happened a few months ago and the cashier at the local grocery store did question me and called a manager over who thought they looked fine.

I guess it depends on where you use them.

I don't see why not. I do this occassionally and use them fine.

I do it all the time too. Keep my scrap paper for printing coupons, expecially since most of them waste more than 1/2 sheet of paper by only printing on a small portin of the paper. Then I have 1/2 sheet of paper...which I let the kids color on. Use paper 3 times. LOL

That's what I do -- just make sure not to print printables back to back. Doh! It's the same as cutting a SS coupon with a picture on the backside, right?

Insert coupons have some various coloring/ad on the back side, so why can't printables? I try to recycle my paper too.

More of a recycling note than anything.
Anyone who works in an office-
Keep you eyes peeled, you can get gobs of scrap paper. From the proverbial, "Oh look, we printed that mailer with a typo. Now we have to re-print it". That and out-of date materials that are normally thrown out. I've NEVER bought paper for DD. She knows all her coloring, etc. paper always has writing on the back.
