printing coupons and using less ink/paper

Also i print all my coupons in b/w. Go to print, click perferences on next sreen click on features go to print quality, use drop down arrow to fast draft, on this same window go to color opions click print greyscale and use drop down arrow to black ink only. This uses less ink.

OK I have a laser & it prints to fast to stop it before an ad. My question is does printing at a lower quality seem to be harder to registers to scan?
