A question for the experienced ....

I've just started contacting companies with a compliment and a request to be put on their mailing list for Q's. So far, its going great and I have already received some Q's. I was wondering if you use any form filling software when you make an online request? As I am entering my name, address etc. a million times lol. Would love to know if you use one, which one it is and how it works. Thanks so much!
