    QUESTION Miltary Coupons - Only good on Base?

    Wondering if coupons that state "Military Coupons" are only redeemable on base.

    TIA for advice.

    hello stacy,

    As far as I know that's the only place that takes them. I have tried at Target, CVS and Walmart. They usually don't scan either.
