So does the O-R have the normal RedPlum / Valassis coupons? Or is it a reduced version, also? And by the way, which GE did you find the O-R? Wondering how far away from Washington you found it...

RAVMom posted a list of the q's in the RP insert and they appear to all be the same. I think they didn't use to get the full RP insert.

I got mine in Bethel Park. There were about a dozen copies there @ midnight last night. I didn't bother buying more because it didn't have the colgate palmolive q's and my friend is buying me 10 papers and mailing me the inserts (both SS and RP) so it wasn't worth it for me to get more at this time. Plus, since her papers are only .50 each, even with postage, I'm still coming out ahead.

That's great, I'm in the south hills too, glad to know it's not too far to go to get the O-R :)

they apparently don't sent many and usually have a good amount left over (based on past observation) but, I think their Sunday sales may increase dramatically in the future. Especially if they only cost $1 each (last time I bought one, it was $1.50)

Hello! I am in the Northeast Ohio area and I get the Plain Dealer delivered every Sunday. I did not get the Red Plum insert on wedns. with my ads or with the Sunday paper. Is it not going to in the Plain Dealer anymore? Or is this just a fluke?

I don't know if it is a fluke or not. I'm also in Northeast Ohio with daily delivery of the Plain Dealer. I did not get a Redplum in the Sunday paper or in the Thursday paper. Usually I get one on Thursday inside the Sun Courier they put inside my Thursday paper (local paper for south Cleveland suburbs), plus another one on Sunday. I did not get out on Sunday to any stores to see if the ones being sold there had a Redplum or not.

I assure you it is not a fluke. Unless you are in the targeted mail area you will no longer be getting a Red Plum insert. It is not in the PD anymore. Please take the time to read back in this thread. There a numerous ways to let your voice be heard.

NOT a fluke. It's very upsetting.

I cancelled my Plain Dealer yesterday - why pay the same amount for 1/2 of what I was getting last week.

On the chance of sounding "newbie", do you send an email to the previous links? What do you tell them? Give us our dang coupons back? I have never done something like this, and I'm really upset over it. I have a short day today, so thought I'd do it this afternoon. Thanks for the input.

Yes, click on the links, when you get to the section where you can leave a comment here is what I put in each one:

Your company regularly advertises in the Red Plum Coupon Insert. Red Plum has recently made a decision to no longer put its coupon inserts in select newspapers. The newspaper I currently subscribe to, the Cleveland Plain Dealer is one of these. Therefore, I will no longer have access to your coupons, which in turn I assure you will have an impact on whether or not I purchase your product. In fact I will not be purchasing your product at all. Please take the time to contact Red Plum and let them know your would like to see them put the inserts back in the newspapers. They will probably tell you that the inserts are now being mailed. This is a true fact. But only to “targeted” recipients. I, along with many others am not on that list. On behalf of your consumers let Red Plum know you would like the inserts back in the newspapers.

Feel free to use it, or type up your own. I typed mine in Word and than just "cut and paste" it into each place.
