We're not getting Red Plum inserts anymore!!??

I also emailed Valassis regarding my disappoint in discontinuing the ad insert in the P&G. I expressed that I usually purchase 2-6 of them per week, and no will no longer be able to obtain the coupons that I was using due to their new decision. I also requested a response from them, if it wasn't too much trouble. Well, here is there response. I appreciate that it was so quick, but note that it doesn't contain anything addressing obtaining multiple inserts:

Wow - at least you got a response LOL I haven't heard anything from them yet. I'd write them back and say it might keep delivery cost down for them - but it certainly doesnt put food on the table or shampoo in the shower LOL As for all the other mumbo-jumbo, that's great that their full color missing children ad has found kids....but what's that got to do with addressing the problem of not being able to purchase papers with the coupons in them? geesh.

I am in Indiana, and noticed the RP thing also. Just didn't really pay attention until now. I haven't even gotten any through the mail for a week or so. I will be emailing them also.

wow, nothing like trying to make us feel guilty because we're complaining about them mailing us the q's LOL.

I was thinking the other day, we may have done this to ourselves LOL. Remember when we were all signing up to receive Redplum q's in the mail (I was hoping for an extra free copy) - I wonder if they went to targeted mailing in the areas where people requested mailed q's?

Our RP coupons in the O-R were NEVER this good until today. Now I'm wondering how long it will be before RP pulls out of the O-R too. Maybe they get a better distribution rate/price from the O-R than they did from the PG? At any rate, I will enjoy this little "gift" today and try to scrounge some extra q's from family.

I picked up a O-R last night at GE - they scanned at $1 , was going to get more but, then I realized their SS was like the tribs - no colgate-palmolive q's . May be an option for weeks there are no colgate-palmolive q's
