OK I got it to work by installing Firefox (not the latest release but the one before it)
I normally do not use Firefox because of their security issues. However I installed and used it for these coupons only..worked like a charm.

in my experience, bricks coupons rarely print using firefox while it ALWAYS prints in IE. I don't know why.... the same is true for our other computers although lately it has become a hit and miss thing

Hello all
I'm popping in to ask if any of you have had your browsers crash while trying to print the Bricks? I had no problems before and then last week my browsers began to crash. I get the computers talking to each other, but before it gets to my printer, it crashes. If I go back to try again, it says that I have already printed. I have tried in both Firefox and IE and it happens to both.

Does anyone else have a problem with Smart Source? I have had several coupons print with out a barcode. Will the stores still take them? How do I get this fixed.

Beware: The Barber Foods, Country Crock & the blueberry cereal one (I forgot the name) do not print a barcode.:shrug7:

I couldn't install it either, with Internet Explorer. I tried Netscape and it worked.

I can't install it with the updated firefox, but IE gives me no problems whatsoever.

Firefox has better security than IE. IE downloads ActiveX without your knowledge sometimes. That's 1 way you get viruses/spyware.

I use Safari by Apple for SmartSource.

I can print on my computer if its a pdf kind of print .

When I go to Smart source or some place where they had you download the printer this is what happens.

It either goes so far and then it crashes and i am back looking at my screen .
Or it will print but there will be a box with the words
Microsoft ccc+ runtime error
If I move the box down I can get around a print sometimes .
I have had it completly crash and then I go back to print and it says sorry you have printed this the allowed number of times.

I have tried to figure out how to fix this problem .
I got some cleaners to clean caches ,files defragment ,I still get this error .
Makes me scared to print because I get this all the time lately .
I used to print with no problems

Should I unistall the printer and re install it ?
I am at a loss

Maybe this is a dumb questions, but I am new here. Will the "ability to print coupons" poll be used for something? I am not able to print most printables and would like to see the coupon sites use some sort of technology that is more compatible.
